Nick was born in Norwich in 1975 and has a love of Norwich City memorabilia, which started with buying programmes and getting autographs at games in the 1980s. Recently Nick has started seriously collecting Norwich programmes, not trying to get every single one, just trying to pick up old and interesting items.
In the last four or five years this has meant completing a nice run of all 11 programmes in the famous 1958/59 FA Cup run, including the scarce match against Ilford in November 1958 which almost ended in defeat.
There are some hard-to-find programmes from the early 1930s and recent additions have included match-worn shirts from some of the current stars at Carrow Road.
Wes Hoolahan's shirt from the FA Cup tie with Charlton, January 2009 |
Russell Martin's match worn shirt against Reading on November 14 2010. Russell scored a cracking goal to put Norwich 1-0 up in a game that ended 3-3. |
